Divorce Hurts.

Whether for you, family, friends, neighbors or coworkers.  DivorceCare is a 13 week video-based series which is non-denominational and features Biblical teaching and support for those who are separated or divorced.   Our next series starts on January 26, 2009 and finishes on April 20, 2009.

Our class meets on Monday's at 7:00pm in room 4 of the Worship Center.   There is a $15 cost for materials, scholarships are available.   You may register online or in the Commons.  For more information contact Janine

Healing after Loss

Weekly Seminars on Mondays.  New series starts January 26th and finishes April 20, from 7:00-8:30pm in Room 3 of the Worship Center.

Grief Share is a  Christ centered, biblically based weekly video-based seminar and support group for people who are grieving the death of someone close to them. It deals with topics of living with and through grief, its effects andmuch more.  You will find encouragement and support from people who understand what you are feeling. Counseling Ministry

Almost everyone at some time needs assistance, encouragement, or guidance with personal or interpersonal difficulties from a professional. Healing Prayer Service

Ray Ortlund has written, "prayer is not everything, but everything is by prayer".   Members and friends of Christ the King gather regularly to pray specifically for God's healing power in those who are suffering and sick.   These prayer services take place on alternating Tuesday mornings and Tuesday evenings in the Worship Center at Christ the King.   You are invited to come, to pray and to receive prayer.   For further information contact Jadi.If you need childcare take the link to Wendy, please tell her how many, and ages of the children; which date and time you require.

Cancer Caring Group for Women

Beginning Tuesday, August 12, at 7pm, and meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.  For those who have dealt or are dealing with cancer and desire a safe place of support and encouragement.  Contact Amy for more information.

Restored Hearts

Prayer Team

Christ the King has a prayer team of those who are committed to praying for the concerns of our ministry, its members and friends, our community, nation and world.   Please let us know of your prayer needs.  You may also become a member of our prayer team.

Grace Groups

The vision of Grace Groups ministry at Christ the King is that the wounded know and experience the unfailing love of our Father and receive His healing embrace.

There will be an orientation meeting on Sunday, January 11, from 5-6pm.  Anyone interested in this Ministry may attend. Two new classes will be offered in January:

Tuesday, January 20-March 31,
6-8pm, Rm 6 Worship Center
Wednesday, January 21-April 11, 12:30-2:30pm, Rm 4 Worship C.

Participation in a group for men or for women will entail a full twelve session commitment.    Registration is online. For more general information, including a link to video, contact Grace Groups or Kathy.
