Men's Ministries @ CTK

"I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will." - Romans 12:1-2 NIV

We believe that God wants men to become Christ-like and live a righteous life, made possible through a relationship with Jesus. Men's Ministry consists of men from all walks of life, developing that relationship; helping and lifting one another up.

Men's Bible Studies

Our Bible Studies focus on becoming godly men; dealing with becoming Christ centered husbands, fathers, workers, friends, neighbors, and citizens. Each class is stand-alone, so come whenever you can.

Through prayer, discussion, studies and hot coffee, we pursue God’s will in our lives. Come find out about upcoming Men’s Breakfasts, Accountability groups, Promise Keepers events, conferences, the Men’s Retreat, and other events.

• Sunday morning at 9:40 am in the "Cave" in the Student Center

Accountability

Accountability groups are 2-4 men who meet regularly (every week or every other week) to give each other the gift of accountability as we seek to follow Christ. Questions like:

How much time have you spent in Bible reading and Prayer this week?  What has God been teaching you this week?  How have you  shown love to your wife and children?  Have you exposed yourself to any ungodly material or temptations?  Have you maintained financial integrity this week?  Have you answered these questions honestly?  How may we pray for you this week? Ask for more info.

Burnt Offering Cookin Krew!

Here are some photos the "Krew" wanted to share showing their ministry in action.  The "Krew" serves in our community to help raise funds for various causes.  These pictures depict "BridgeFest" at the YMCA in February of this year.  Want an opportunity to sample the goodies then come to the Men's Breakfast on Saturday, March 20. For more info contact Art Stemmermann.
